AkVirtuRange Mobile Gaming Party Disclaimer & Waiver

I, the undersigned, acknowledge and understand the inherent risks associated with participation in gaming activities provided by AkVirtuRange. By signing this waiver, I agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risks: I recognize and understand the risks associated with gaming, including but not limited to motion sickness, eye strain, or other physical and emotional reactions. I assume all responsibilities for any risk or injury I might sustain due to my participation.

2. Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue AkVirtuRange, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by me or to any property belonging to me while participating in the gaming activities.

3. Parental Consent: If the participant is under the age of 18, the parent or legal guardian agrees to the above terms on behalf of their child and themselves.

4. Medical Emergencies: I understand that AkVirtuRange does not assume any responsibility for providing medical care during or after my participation. I agree to pay for any medical costs that result from my participation.

5. Photo & Video Release: I consent to AkVirtuRange using photos or videos taken of me during the gaming activities for marketing or promotional purposes unless I specifically request otherwise.

6. Acknowledgment of Understanding: I have read this waiver and fully understand its terms. I understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue.

 

       By completing the purchase I agree to the terms of the agreement in full and will abide by its contents.
